    Dr Matt-Mouley Bouamrane is lecturer in eHealth and Deputy Director of the Digital Health Systems research group at the Department of Computer and Information Sciences of the University of Strathclyde.


    Dr Bouamrane had conducted Research and Development projects in the field of eHealth / Health Informatics for the last 10 years, first as a Research Associate within the Bio-Informatics group of the University of Manchester, then as a Chief Scientist Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow and since 2015 as a lecturer in eHealth at the University of Strathclyde.

    Dr Bouamrane’s research focuses on ‘eHealth and Implementation Science’, particularly in the fields of sociotechnical research on integrated care pathways & information management processes in perioperative medicine; the implementation and evaluation of large scale eHealth systems and initiatives, and knowledge engineering technologies for medical information management and decision support at the point of care.
